As part of a global fintech's Developer Experience team, analyzed and optimized the payment SDK architecture to unify performance across Android, iOS, and Web — navigating the distinct constraints of Kotlin, Java, and browser environments to deliver a single, reliable integration experience.
Made AI-assisted development a genuine team practice — built GitHub Copilot workflows and Claude Code agents with custom slash commands that removed friction from repetitive integration work and brought consistency to delivery patterns the whole team could rely on.
At a leading Brazilian consumer credit fintech, implemented the DORA metrics framework and used the data to drive real change: doubled deployment frequency and halved lead time for changes within 12 months, while establishing code quality and testing standards that multiple product squads adopted.
Led two separate micro-frontend transformations: a monolith-to-micro-frontends migration at Brazil's largest investment platform — patterns adopted company-wide — and a white-label food delivery app embedded in a major payment and loyalty platform on Azure, reused across brand implementations without forking the codebase.
Led the React 17→18 upgrade on a hospitality SaaS platform — converted all Class Components to Functional, enabled concurrent rendering with useTransition and useDeferredValue, and eliminated the UI blocking that had been degrading performance in long list views.
